Our Mission

We aim to provide a family environment where mutual care and support are encouraged, individuality and privacy are respected and a programme of self-growth and development is implemented.  Allowing a maximum attainment of growth, fulfillment and self-respect.

Who Are We

Agape Homes are small residential care homes in the Kettering area, for adults with learning disabilities and adults with mental health problems, with a high staff to client ratio and a maximum of four clients in each house. Agape Homes comprises two houses:

• Agape Annexe (Learning Disabilities and Mental Health)
• Agape House (Administration)

THE ONE STOP TRANSITION CARE

Agape One Stop Transition Programme aim to provide a “one-stop” service by providing a homely environment where assessment, complete person centred  care plan development, personal and skill development, accurate personal budgets, “test drive”, procurement of accommodation, care staff and day/work placement can be achieved, thus ensuring that the transition from hospital or full time residential care to community living is achieved with minimum discomfort to the customer.
